  • Download links are typically delivered within minutes and may be valid for a limited time (e.g., 30 days or 5 downloads, depending on system settings).
  • Ensure your software (e.g., Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Canva, Adobe Illustrator) supports these file types before purchasing.

Note on Color & Quality:
Colors in printed products may vary due to differences in monitor calibration, printer settings, ink, and materials. Textures, blur, or stylized effects in designs are intentional and part of the artistic style. Some images may be enhanced using AI tools for resolution improvement or format optimization.

We are not responsible for how designs appear in your final printed products.

3. License Grant & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use the digital files you download for both personal and commercial purposes, including:

  • Creating unlimited physical products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, stickers, home decor, signs)
  • Using designs on print-on-demand (POD) platforms such as Printful, Printify, Redbubble, Teespring, etc.
  • Sending files to third-party printers or manufacturers to produce physical goods on your behalf

This license applies to one user or business only and is not transferable.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, share, redistribute, or give away the original digital files (in whole or in part), whether modified or unmodified
  • Use the files as standalone digital products (e.g., selling them as SVGs on Etsy, including in digital design bundles, or offering them as free downloads)
  • Claim ownership, copyright, or trademark of the designs
  • Use the artwork to create competing clipart, digital asset packs, or subscription-based design libraries
  • Use designs in a way that violates applicable laws, promotes hate, or is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful

Any use beyond the scope of this license requires prior written permission from Clipart Hub.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Clipart Hub — including images, graphics, logos, text, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Clipart Hub or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you. You are granted only the usage rights described above.
