Because digital products can be instantly copied and distributed, our refund and return policy is strict but fair. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Products

We offer digital-only downloads, including:

  • Clipart images in JPG (white background) and PNG (transparent background) formats.
  • Vector files in SVG format (often bundled with PNGs).
  • Printable Wall Art in high-resolution JPG/JPEG formats.

All products are delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical items are shipped.

Download links are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your email address is correct at checkout.
  • Your inbox accepts emails from @cliparthub.net (check spam/junk folders).
  • Your software (e.g., Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Canva, Adobe Illustrator) supports the file types offered.
  • Your personal printer, or the local/online print shop you choose to use, is capable of handling high-resolution JPG/JPEG files and printing your Wall Art at your desired size and quality.

2. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the instant and non-reversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the download link has been sent.

This policy applies regardless of:

  • Change of mind.
  • Licensing misunderstandings (e.g., purchasing a “Personal Use Only” Wall Art file with the intent to sell physical prints, or realizing after purchase that the file cannot be used for Print-on-Demand).
  • File compatibility issues (e.g., your software cannot open SVG or JPG files).
  • Print quality or sizing issues (e.g., dissatisfaction with the results when printing Wall Art from your home printer, or via local/online print shops like Staples, Walgreens, Shutterfly, etc.).
  • Color variations in printed output due to monitor calibration, printer ink, or material differences.
  • Intentional design elements such as textures, grain, blur, or AI-enhanced details.

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, previews, licensing terms, and technical requirements before purchasing.

3. What We Will Help With

While we cannot issue refunds, we are committed to helping you access your purchase if something goes wrong on our end.

If you experience any of the following within 7 days of purchase, contact us at info@cliparthub.net:

  • Did not receive the download email.
  • Download link is broken or expired.
  • File is corrupted or fails to open due to an error on our part.

We will verify your order and, if valid, resend the download link or replace the file promptly.

4. What We Cannot Assist With

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.
  • Emails blocked by spam filters or firewalls.
  • Internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
  • User error (e.g., downloading the wrong file, misunderstanding product use or licensing limits, printing a Wall Art file at the wrong scale).
  • Third-party technical issues (e.g., cloud storage provider outages, email provider delays, or errors made by your local/online print shop).

We reserve the right to deny support for repeated or abusive requests.

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

To protect our intellectual property and business, we monitor for misuse, including:

  • Attempting to request refunds after downloading and using files commercially.
  • Violating our licensing terms (e.g., using “Personal Use Only” Wall Art files to create commercial merchandise or Print-on-Demand products).
  • Sharing download links or files with others.
  • Using automated tools to exploit our system.

Suspected abuse may result in account restriction, blocked future purchases, or termination of license rights.
