Your usage rights depend on the specific product category you purchase. Products from our Silhouette SVG and Watercolor Clipart collections include commercial rights, while products from our Wall Art collection are restricted to personal use only.

1. Permitted Uses

A. Standard Designs (Silhouette, Watercolor Clipart)

Every standard design from Clipart Hub comes with a lifetime, unlimited personal and commercial use license, including full Print-on-Demand (POD) rights. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use these designs for:

✅ Creating and selling unlimited physical products, such as t-shirts, mugs, stickers, tote bags, home decor, and more.
✅ Using designs on POD platforms like Printful, Printify, Gooten, Teespring, Redbubble, and similar services.
✅ Sending files to third-party printers or manufacturers to produce physical goods on your behalf for commercial sale.

There are no limits on the number of items you can create or sell. Attribution to Clipart Hub is not required, though always appreciated.

B. Wall Art Products (Personal Use Only)

Our Wall Art digital downloads are licensed strictly for Personal Use Only. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use these files for:

✅ Printing the artwork to display in your own home, office, or personal space.
✅ Printing the artwork to give as personal, non-commercial gifts to friends and family.
✅ Modifying, resizing, or cropping the files for your own personal projects.
✅ Sending the file to a local print shop (e.g., Staples, Walgreens, Costco, UPS Store, Target, Walmart) or an online printing service (e.g., Shutterfly, Vistaprint, Finer Works, Poster Jack) strictly to produce prints for your own personal use.

There are no limits on the number of personal prints you can make for yourself or as gifts.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

🚫 Use “Wall Art” designs for commercial purposes. You may not sell physical prints of our Wall Art, use them to create merchandise for sale, upload them to Print-on-Demand (POD) marketplaces (like Redbubble or Society6), or send Wall Art files to third-party printers for commercial production.
🚫 Resell, share, redistribute, or make available the original digital files (including SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG, or any format), whether modified or unmodified.
🚫 Offer our designs as free downloads, in digital bundles, marketplaces, shared drives, membership sites, or design apps.
🚫 Use the files as standalone digital products (e.g., selling SVGs on Etsy, including in digital craft kits, or offering them in subscription libraries).
🚫 Transfer, sublicense, or assign your license to another person or business — this license is granted to the original purchaser/downloader only.

You are welcome to modify the designs for physical products (e.g., resizing, recoloring, combining with other elements), but the digital file itself must never be redistributed or shared.

3. Important Notes

• All files are licensed, not sold. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the intellectual property.
• All designs remain the exclusive property of Clipart Hub or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
• This is a perpetual, non-exclusive license — we reserve the right to continue selling the same designs to others.
• Any rights not explicitly granted in this License are expressly reserved.

4. Trademark Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that any text, phrases, or slogans included in our designs are not trademarked at the time of publication. However, trademarks can be registered at any time and vary by category and jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to verify that any wording in a design is free to use for your intended commercial purpose. Clipart Hub is not liable for any legal claims, fines, or damages arising from trademark or copyright infringement by the user.
